A local butcher shop was selling back ribs at a low price, so I steamed back ribs.
Soak the back ribs in cold water and boil them with soju and bay leaves.
Wash it well and put it in a pressure cooker.

Grind the Cheongyang pepper, onion, and radish and add them.
Add seasoning and mix well.

If you steam it in a pressure cooker for about 20 minutes, it will become soft.

Just add green onions and glass noodles before eating.

Since cucumbers were cheap, I bought them and seasoned them with chives.

If I have any leftover bean sprouts at home, I boil them and make seasoned bean sprouts.

Use the remaining chives to make chive pancakes.
