Fried rice recipe.
There are so many recipes for [fried rice] that I'm not necessarily the right answer. It might even be the wrong answer. This is just my own recipe that I can make and eat fairly well...

Rice is based on 2 cups. 2 cups is enough for a meal for a family of 4 who eat moderately.

I washed it thoroughly with a foaming machine. I blew away as much starch as possible.

It's key when cooking rice.

If you add seasoning to the rice water in advance, it basically adds a little savory flavor and saltiness, making it much easier to make.

I recommend [Dasi-da] for things with a strong flavor and aroma, like kimchi fried rice.

[Kim Sushi] It's good for making fried rice if you cook rice with the function. If not, you can cook rice in a pot.


If you happen to have something like dried [gwanja], soak it in water and add it to rice to make it very tasty.

It would be good to add carrots, but I forgot.


And for reference, chopping green onions is good for the look and in many ways. I just put in frozen ones because I was lazy.


And you need to cut the ham into smaller pieces than you think. The amount increases a lot when you chop it, so 3 is too much.

Add plenty of oil, garlic and green onion first, ham. Then shrimp later. Add pepper and stir-fry.

Stir-fry on high heat.

n particular, for kimchi fried rice, it is good to stir-fry it thoroughly to remove as much moisture as possible.

After adding enough oil, cook the eggs until they look like the picture above.

Just fry the rice and eggs like this.

The reason for frying the rice and ingredients separately is that if you put everything together and fry it, it becomes porridge.

Just add the ingredients you just stir-fried, mix them together, and stir-fry once more.

Always keep the fire on high.

It would be better if you sprinkle sesame oil on it before serving it on a plate.


If you do this, you won't get the smell of fire in a Chinese restaurant, but you'll still get about 70% of the taste of a Chinese restaurant that sells fried rice.


If you raise the quality of the rice a bit more, it'll probably be much better.


Of course, you can add [XO sauce], [oyster sauce], or [DouBanJiang sauce]
