Rice is based on 2 cups. 2 cups is enough for a meal for a family of 4 who eat moderately.
I washed it thoroughly with a foaming machine. I blew away as much starch as possible.

The reason for frying the rice and ingredients separately is that if you put everything together and fry it, it becomes porridge.
Just add the ingredients you just stir-fried, mix them together, and stir-fry once more.
Always keep the fire on high.
It would be better if you sprinkle sesame oil on it before serving it on a plate.
If you do this, you won't get the smell of fire in a Chinese restaurant, but you'll still get about 70% of the taste of a Chinese restaurant that sells fried rice.
If you raise the quality of the rice a bit more, it'll probably be much better.
Of course, you can add [XO sauce], [oyster sauce], or [DouBanJiang sauce]
