I made a chicken dish after watching a YouTube video.
South Korean chicken leg meat: 250g 5,000 won
I used [gas torch]
The dish I made tasted almost the same as [@GCOVA]
I took the sweetness out of my dish and added some spiciness.
That made it taste better to my taste.
Added MSG, cooking wine, dasida, and oyster sauce, and it tasted really good.
