I love bread so much that I bake bread as a hobby. The only things I know how to make are [SLICED WHITE BREAD], [Salted Bread], and [Cookies]... [Croissant] is my favorite bread, so this is actually my third attempt.

I tried it in winter, not when the weather is hot.
I tried it in the winter, not when the weather was hot. It was definitely easier to knead the dough when the weather was cold.
But if you look inside the bread, it looks like this. Why is this??? Is the dough undercooked? I baked it at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and 160 degrees for 5 minutes.
