Drain the blood from the meat.
While the [deung-galbi-gui] is draining the blood, prepare the [Matsal] and pasta.
I divided[Matsal] into two
And make it into a [heart] shape.
Add sliced [Buchu] to the eggs.
Adjust the seasoning with [tuna-fish sauce].
Add [salt, pepper, olive oil] to the meat from which the blood has been removed and wait for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Then, bake the meat in an [air fryer].
Turn the meat over and cook thoroughly again.
While the meat is cooking, add [egg + Buchu] to [Matsal].
And then add [furikake] to make [rice ball].
