[Sogalbijjim] is too expensive, so I'm going to use pork for [Maeungalbijjim].
Boil the pork in beer, water, whole pepper, sugar, and bay leaves.
Add ground radish and [Cheongyang pepper], minced garlic, red pepper powder, cooking wine, red pepper paste, sugar, plum extract, etc.
Add the prepared carrots, potatoes, leeks, and shiitake mushrooms.
Boil thoroughly.

Blanch the spinach to be added to the japchae.
Add fish sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil and mix well in advance.
Stir-fry the paprika
Also fry the onions and shiitake mushrooms.
Stir-fry the marinated beef.

[dangmyeon] Soaked in water / Add soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, etc.
Stir-fry over high heat until the seasoning is reduced.
Add the prepared ingredients
Stir-fry it, add sesame oil, and sprinkle sesame seeds to complete the japchae.
I heated up the leftovers the next day and ate them. The japchae was also delicious when I stir-fried it again.
