Simple soybean paste stew with duck bulgogi
RECIPE FOR RECORD
Water about the size of ramen (noodles)
Half spoon of soybean paste for stew
Half a spoonful of red pepper paste
A little bit of salted shrimp
1/4 onion (I think it was a bit much)
1/4 tofu
Half a spoonful of tuna liquid
3 cloves of minced garlic (1-2 cloves would be appropriate)
The rest is salt.
I boiled it just for one meal (2 servings).
Depending on the ingredients at the time, you may add other ingredients such as meat, zucchini, or potatoes.
I'm glad I found a use for the small nickel silver pot that I used only for ramen haha.
The reason why I came up with this one-meal stew was while eating breakfast yesterday, when I tried to make a simple soup that would not exceed its presence as a main menu item, just enough to be eaten as a meal.
In that sense, I think I like it a little bit better.
In addition to soybean paste, egg soup and bean sprout soup are also great side soups that can be made for one person quickly and easily.
