I was walking through the underground passage of Jamsil Station, and when I was led by the smell of pizza, this store appeared.
I had seen it a few times before, but the line was too long so I gave up, but today I thought it was okay, so I waited in line.
You can see the entire production process beyond the open kitchen.
Looking at that conveyor belt pizza oven, I am reminded of the pizza sold by the slice at the campus cafe when I was studying abroad in the US.
This is a true American street style pizza that you eat by the slice while walking rather than sitting at a table.
Two slices of pepperoni and two slices of cheese pizza. Each slice costs 1,500 won, so it's 6,000 won.
It looks small in the photo because it's a square pizza cut into four pieces, but considering the size of the pepperoni, it's quite large.
It's about the same size as four regular sandwich breads.
As for the taste... The ingredients and the technique itself aren't particularly special, so it's a bit lacking compared to pizza specialty stores,
but since it's a freshly baked, hot pizza with a thick layer of cheese, it's pretty tasty if you consider it a street food-specific taste.
Above all, it is cost-effective.
I wish there was a branch in my neighborhood.
