I ordered raw duck meat online.
And I added [ginger powder], [garlic], and [sesame leaves].
And I microwaved it for 10 minutes and then another 5 minutes.
(I think I microwaved it too long.)
After I microwaved the duck meat, a lot of the duck fat came out and it didn't smell. However, the meat became a bit hard.
I think it's good to microwave the duck meat for about 11 or 12 minutes.
