[Tart] + [Burdock] Caramelized. The burdock sauce underneath was really unique and delicious. It's something I haven't seen anywhere else. When I asked, Chef Ahn Seong-jae's grandmother said that this dish was influenced by the Japanese cuisine she cooked there when she lived there.

This is delicious. It's like a pudding that tastes a bit like [milk tea]. The star anise flavor is so strong that it feels like drinking a cup of [milk tea].
