The first month of the new year is quickly passing by.


I don't really like the cafeteria bibimbap, but I like the flying fish roe bibimbap.


Frozen flying fish roe is also an expensive item, so there aren't many opportunities to eat it to your heart's content.

While I was standing in line at the food service table, a coworker asked me what the difference was between ragu sauce and tomato sauce.


Among tomato sauces, ragu sauce with ground meat is included, and among ragu sauces, Bolognese sauce is included.


In Korea, due to the influence of Gyeongyang restaurants, it is often lumped with meat sauce.

I skipped the rice because there was porridge, but something was missing.

Young radish vegetable bibimbap, fried egg, dried shrimp and mallow bean sprout soybean paste soup, rose tteokbokki, and carrot and young radish kimchi.


I threw all the side dishes into the bibimbap and there were no side dishes left except the tteokbokki.


Fill the remaining empty space with another tteokbokki. Actually, I don’t like rose tteokbokki that much.


Compared to vegetable bibimbap and dried shrimp mallow miso soup, it looks like a fairy.

Garlic soy sauce skin, multigrain rice, bean sprout kimchi soup, Cheongpo jelly and sweet vegetable salad, stir-fried broccoli king oysters, and pork kimchi.


Along with barbecue pork belly, my favorite menu item is garlic soy sauce chicken.


While the fried food is a bit greasy, the garlic soy sauce chicken is much more delicious.


However, there is not much meat, so no matter how much you put it in, you won't actually eat much.


And the downside to eating it like that is that your precious lunch time goes by in a flash.

I don't really like cabbage wrap, but it tastes strangely delicious with pork bulgogi and a piece of kimchi.


It would have been better if it was boiled pork instead of pork bulgogi, but...

Fried king prawns, multi-grain rice, anchovy potato soup, garlic jjongjin-spicy salad, acorn jelly vegetable salad, and pork kimchi.


I had to pay for the sujebi, so I passed on the rice.


There is a growing need to develop foods to go with when carbohydrates are served instead of soup...

Potato gnocchi with cream sauce, mixed grain rice, bean sprout clear soup, silken tofu, lettuce salad, and perilla oil kimchi stir-fry.


Originally, I was planning to eat gnocchi with baguette, but I forgot to buy bread, so I just mixed it up.


Perhaps because the gnocchi was seasoned a little too heavily, it surprisingly wasn't bad as a side dish for rice.


Moreover, the temptation of perilla oil kimchi stir-fry rice bowl is more powerful than anything else.


As I ate it all together, it was already February. After the Lunar New Year, we will gradually get used to 2024.
