I just exercise 6 days a week with no specific goal.
On weekdays, I do home training and indoor cycling.
On the weekends, I sometimes go to the gym and run.

Ingredients for the leftover kimbap I made on Friday when I got home.
I thought it would all rest so I just rolled the kimbap.
Today I succeeded in flipping the egg roll.
I also shredded the carrots and stir-fried them.
I took out all the kimbap ingredients because I thought they would go bad.
There were only 10 pieces of seaweed for kimbap.
I closed 5 lines on Friday and I also closed 5 lines today.

But I had oden ingredients in the freezer, so I put a lot of oden in it.
The udon is delicious, but something is lacking.
Yangpoon boiled Shin Ramyun in a pot and ate it together.

If you buy it once, you shouldn't buy it for 10 lines.
It's really not easy for people living alone to cook.
I have so much energy from kimbap that I don't think I will have to eat kimbap for the next few months.
