Living alone, exercising and eating boiled udon instead of kimbap feat InBody

I just exercise 6 days a week with no specific goal.


On weekdays, I do home training and indoor cycling.


On the weekends, I sometimes go to the gym and run.


InBody was measured to commemorate the occasion.

Because of indoor cycling, I always gain muscle in my lower body....

Ingredients for the leftover kimbap I made on Friday when I got home.


I thought it would all rest so I just rolled the kimbap.

If you buy it once, you shouldn't buy it for 10 lines.


It's really not easy for people living alone to cook.



I have so much energy from kimbap that I don't think I will have to eat kimbap for the next few months.



I exercised well and ate well today.
