For dinner tonight, Sunday, I wanted to eat a normal home-cooked meal.
I had bean sprouts at home, so I made a simple bean sprout soup.
On the way back from working out, I bought pork belly and cooked pork belly.
It was cooked quickly and moistly using a pressure cooker.
Side dishes include raw radish, kimchi, and pickled onions.
And various bossam side dishes
Green onion kimchi and ssam vegetables were also prepared.
Moist boiled pork belly
Cool bean sprout soup
And rice.
I ate well today too.
