Bibim noodles and basic soup
(I can’t eat cucumbers, so I asked them to leave them out in advance.)
The basic soup is really good! It smells like pollack and is very refreshing even though you don't drink alcohol.
Bibim noodles are in the Jabak Jabak style or the seasoned style like Jjolmyeon, but this one is in the Jabak Jabak style.
Sweet!!!!
The marinade is sweet and sour and spicy like raw fish.
The noodles were fresh and had a good texture.
