Pizza Bagel I Made

I made bagels by adding [Beksul]'s strong flour soy lecithin.
Then I boiled the bagels in water with added sugar and baking soda.
I cut the bagel in half and spread some homemade tomato sauce on it.
Margherita, Marinara, Pepperoni, Combination
The pizza bagel is done.
This bread seems to be a common food in the US.
I was curious, so I made this food myself.
Combination Cheddar
It's delicious.
Pepperoni
The marinara was delicious, too.
But the best was definitely the margherita.
