I live in the countryside so I make my own bread

The town I live in is rural, so there is no place that sells [sourdough] bread.
So, if I want to eat [campagne], I have to drive to the city.
That's why I baked bread myself using a [Dutch oven].
Flour: [Gompyo] bread flour + [Bob's Red Mill] whole wheat flour
And the ingredients in the bread are as follows:
