Suyuk
Mostly made with cola. The soy sauce I had at home was a bit light, so I substituted it with [buckwheat noodles soup] and [soy sauce].
Bay leaf + ginger powder + whole peppercorns.
Drink of the Day: Jack Daniel's + Coke
Boil for about 40 minutes.
The color is nice.
Dinner: Bokkeumbap with egg and crab sticks
