I want to eat it so much
I made it by buying spare ribs (pork ribs?) instead of the backbone.
I can't even find beef, so it's drying out.
I got this recipe from a chef friend, so I did it that way.
If the amount is small, you could probably reduce the amount of soybean paste.
Charlie ate it roughly. It tastes better.
