Goldong noodles

Bracken noodles

Anseong handmade noodles

All three dishes may look similar at first glance, but surprisingly, each plate had a very distinct personality.

Both the Goldong noodles and Gosari noodles were richer and more flavorful than expected.

The Anseong handmade noodles had a firm, slightly hard texture.

I was so satisfied that I'd gladly come back again and again if I had the time.
