A pop-up event was held on the first floor of the ONJIUM building.
Menu
[Croissant]
[Poached egg with pine nut sauce]
[Jangjorim] / [Shredded deodeok] / [Stir-fried anchovies with olives]
The bread and side dishes surprisingly went well together.
Jangjorim + stir-fried anchovies: They were savory and paired nicely with the bread.
Shredded deodeok: It had a refreshing taste.
Poached egg with pine nut sauce: I mixed them together and dipped the bread in it.
Makgeolli: It was made by reviving an old rice variety.
As time passes, the flavor of this makgeolli changes in various ways.
This makgeolli had a clean, crisp taste.
A pastry filled with burdock tteokgalbi.
It tasted similar to the burdock tteokgalbi I often used to buy at ONHARU.
[Cream puff]
There was “Ssanghwa-tang” syrup at the bottom, and it paired well with the pastry.
A pastry filled with soy sauce–marinated egg, etc.
This was the [dessert] I was looking forward to the most, so I was disappointed that I couldn't try it.

A gift received at the pop-up event.
The gift also included makgeolli.
Gamtae rusk: It had a white chocolate flavor.
Tiny shrimp rusk: It had a savory, nutty shrimp flavor.
Items included in the gift: rice cakes + soup stock powder.
They say the official pop-up event will be held in Yongsan, so I might go again.
It was fascinating to see people I'd only seen on TV in real life.
