Amuse-bouche – The [pumpkin] in this dish was really, really delicious.
Brioche – The thing that looks like [caviar] in the photo is actually [mustard seeds]. The texture of the [mustard seeds] was nice.
Yukhoe – A dish where [yukhoe] is enclosed in a round ball and sprinkled with [gochujang] ice cream powder on top. It was fun to look at as well as eat.
Steamed Egg – This was also visually fun, and the inside [yolk] was really delicious.
Clam Porridge – Very delicious.
Rice Grain Pasta – The unique texture was fun.
Maeuntang – The sweetness was very good, and the [Daegu (fish)] was tasty.
Neungi Baeksuk – Delicious.
Main Dishes – Lamb Chops / Jang Trio
We ordered the main dishes one by one and shared them, and the [lamb chops] were tasty. The sauce, meat, bread, and tomatoes were all delicious.
Dessert – Gundam + Ballerina
Conclusion – I love the Variety TV program [Chef & My Fridge], so I really wanted to visit this restaurant. It was extremely satisfying, and I want to go again. However, reservations for one person are very difficult. It was a bit disappointing that I couldn't see Chef Choi Hyun-seok.
