While looking through a book with lots of dessert pictures, I found a pretty [Pavlova] and decided to make it.
I made meringue by adding a little more powdered sugar.
Make a sheet with a tart crust–like texture to be used as the very bottom layer.
I prepared Chantilly cream.
I also made strawberry compote.
Cut the strawberries into the desired design and drain the moisture.

Spread custard cream on top.
It's done when you top it with meringue.
