Button mushrooms: slice thinly, then stir-fry
The mushrooms are not in good condition, so a lot of water comes out.
I'm going to make white [roux].
I used two kinds of butter. When the butter melts, add flour.
Then add the mushrooms to the [roux].
When the consistency becomes right, add more milk.
Add [Emmental] and [Parmesan cheese].
Add [pepper] as well, and it's done.
