First, I fried the French fries, then made a dipping sauce.



Meat: I flipped it every 20 seconds for 2 minutes, then let it rest for 3 minutes.
After that, I flipped it every 10 seconds for 1 minute and 20 seconds, rested it for 2 minutes, and then basted it with butter and garlic over low heat.

Goal: (meat) internal temperature 65°C / medium-well done

Steak: cooked perfectly





For well-marbled cuts of meat, cooking them to medium or above helps the fat melt well and makes them more flavorful.


I also ate some French fries. Steak really is the best.
