Today, I made [Soboro Don].
When Koreans think of soboro, they probably think of soboro bread first,
but most Japanese people don't know what soboro bread is.
The Japanese usually think of soboro as a dish made by simmering finely chopped meat or eggs
with seasonings like mirin and soy sauce.

Add mirin, sake, soy sauce, and shirodashi (Japanese seasonings), etc.
Simmer until all moisture has evaporated, preventing clumps.

Scramble eggs with similar seasonings

Soboro Don+Kimchijjigae

When I make soboro-dong, I usually put a lot of emphasis on the visual appeal by adding okra,
a beautiful, sticky green vegetable popular among Japanese people, in the center. But today, there's no okra.

[Dwaejigogikimchijjigae] It's delicious.

Sweet and salty.

I had a delicious meal today too.
