My favorite pork belly is Jiri black pork pork belly.
So I bought it in advance
But I recently bought some front leg meat to try for pork belly.
I took some of that off and made kimchi stew.
Since pork ribs were on sale, I thought I should try putting them in gamjatang.
Pork ribs that couldn't be put in because the pot was overflowing
It is made with sweet soy sauce braised pork ribs.
The mushrooms are leftovers from shabu shabu not long ago.
