Anchovy paste + Parmigiano + Mayonnaise + Olive oil + Lemon juice + Black pepper + Minced garlic
( 4) I grilled the meat. (about 3 minutes)
Meat thickness: 1.5 cm
( 5) I grilled the meat for 2 minutes and 20 seconds, then reduced to low heat.
Then I added butter and garlic. After that, I cooked it for 1 minute using the [Arroser] method.
