I made [garlic butter rice].

1.5 cm sirloin chilled for one day

First, prepare the garlic.

Fry garlic for flakes.

Grill the meat directly in that oil

After drying it for a day, the [Maillard reaction] went well.
Bake for 2 minutes and 40 seconds, flipping it every 20 seconds.
For sandwiches, the meat was cooked for 3 minutes and 20 seconds.
Originally, it should be cooked to medium-well, but today it cooked well to medium-well in a shorter amount of time.
