(1) [Buta Gangster] Bajirak Clear Buta

I had wanted to try this dish after seeing this restaurant's Instagram posts and reviews.

The pork was tender and delicious, and the unique flavor of [Bajirak] was great.

Also, the [clams] added a salty taste, which made the dish more flavorful, and the [broth] was delicious.

(2) [Buta Gangster] Strong Buta (Salty / did not add spicy paste)

It was a rich [tonkotsu] with a slightly slick, silky texture.

Chashu: I liked how it mixed with the broth and created a thick, slightly [sticky] texture.

(3) [Sakana Ramen] Shio Ramen (+Bream / not spicy)

One of the reasons I wanted to come to Busan was because I wanted to visit this restaurant.

Thanks to the [crushed pepper], I liked how the flavor of [sea bream], the [umami], and the saltiness were followed by a subtle spiciness.

(4) [SaiKyou Ramen]Thai Shio Ramen (+Gim)

With the combination of [lemon zest] and [sansho pepper powder], the mix of fish and chicken flavors gave it a Thai food-like vibe

(5) [Sakana Ramen] Bream Ramen (Rich flavor)

I thought the unique charm of fish [baektang (clear soup dish)] was really impressive.
The noodles were Chinese-style noodles.

(6) [Warugaki Asobi] Kombusui Tsukemen (+ shoyu + chashu)

This was delicious. The noodles had an eggy flavor, and eating them dipped in the [kombu extract] with [Maldon salt] gave a new kind of experience.

When dipped into the [tsukejiru], it was interesting how the temperature changed depending on how long you soaked it.

The [chashu] was also tasty with its [charcoal-grilled] aroma.

(7) [Menchovy] Salt Ramen

I had always been curious about this restaurant because it's famous.

It was interesting that the restaurant is located inside a market.

It was a delicious ramen with a strong chicken flavor.

I was very satisfied.

(8) [Gasoline N' Roses Ramen ] Torigara Donkotsu

(9)[SaiKyou Ramen]Thai Shio Ramen

This dish felt like the [broth] was slightly thinner compared to the previous day.

Still, I enjoyed it and ate well.

Busan was such a great place.

(Everyone was kind, the food was delicious, and even the places we went to drink were all friendly, which I really liked.)
