
I made miso ramen using the [suyuk] and ramen left over from yesterday.

The broth that was kept in the refrigerator

Separate the broth and fat well,
and microwave the fat since we're going to use it as [flavored oil].

[suyuk] Slice it and torch it a bit.

I also grilled the leftover gyoza dumplings.

I boiled the noodles, put them in first, and sprinkled [flavored oil] on top.

The toppings are char siu, corn, and butter.

Boiled pork broth and about half a packet of ramen powder.
Then, pour in the broth made by adding water, and it's done.


It tastes like the ramen sold at a ramen shop.


The texture of the noodles in the packet ramen is good.
