I made a hamburger.

I started making this one. The bread dough was so fluffy and felt so good!!!!

300g strong flour

Sugar 25g

Salt 4g

One packet of yeast

120g Milk

60ml Water

30g olive oil

30g Eggs

While it was fermenting, I also made the [ patty] and the sauce.
I learned how to make [patty ] when I worked at a handmade burger place.

For the sauce, I mixed mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup in a 1:1:1 ratio. It wasn't quite enough, so I added a little tonkatsu sauce, oyster sauce, and corn syrup.

The reason for placing the lettuce at the very bottom is

because the bread gets soggy due to the moisture from the tomatoes.
