( 1) Chinese dishes kept popping up on YouTube, so I also made a Chinese-style dish.
( 2) The cooking ingredients are shown in the photo above. (7 servings)
For Chinese-style dishes, it's good to use [ginger] as an ingredient.
Other ingredients: meat + [shiitake mushrooms] + vegetables
( 3) First, add oil, then stir-fry the [meat].
( 4) Then add [green onions], [garlic], and [ginger] to add aroma.
( 5) Then add the following ingredients and stir-fry:
soy sauce + mirin + black pepper
(6) Add [napa cabbage] as well.
(7) Add [shiitake mushrooms].
( 8) Add [onion], [oyster sauce], and [chicken stock].
And for a stronger [umami], also add [sugar].
(9) Add [bok choy] as well.
( 10) Turn off the heat, then cook the [chives] with the residual heat.
Finally, drizzle [sesame oil] and plate it.
( 11) Starting with the nutty aroma of [sesame oil], it had a taste with [umami] and sweetness.
It felt like a dish you'd eat at a Chinese restaurant, and it went very well with rice.
The aroma of [ginger] helped cut the greasiness.
