The aroma of this ramen was rich and pleasant.
The broth was nicely salty, which I liked.
Bean sprouts: They seemed to be stir-fried in a [wok].
In this dish, I could taste the aroma of [sansho], and the [miso] flavor was strong.
The [noodles] had absorbed the broth well.
I also liked the smoky [wok hei] flavor from the vegetables.
Romaine lettuce: It was fragrant.
Wasabi: It had a sharp, pungent aroma.
The [cheese powder] sprinkled on top was also good.
The rice was pleasantly sticky as well.
It was really delicious.
