It tastes good to sprinkle Pecorino cheese on the leftover egg whites, top with bacon, and eat it as an omelet.


You can get a tasty result by putting the egg yolk sauce in a bowl and mixing in only the boiled noodles, but personally, I think the key to carbonara is pouring the sauce directly into the pan and controlling the texture of the egg yolk sauce by dipping the noodles into the sauce over high heat and taking them out.
