(1) [Cucumbers] are in season so they are cheap and large, so once you buy them, there are many things to make.
(2) Steep the [pickling spices] and newly purchased 4-color whole [peppercorns] first, then let them cool at room temperature.
(3) Dill + Celery + Cucumber
(4) Aged at room temperature for 24 hours.
This can be considered a traditional method without [vinegar].
(5) [Oisobagi] made with leftover [cucumbers]
It was so delicious last time that I made it again.
(6) [tzatziki] made with leftover [cucumber] and [dill].
