I made it according to the recipe I always make at home.

It baked well without any problems (I always burned only the top because the oven was small).
As soon as I took out the bread, it shrunk and sat down.
I'm thinking of leaving the other one in the oven with the fire off for a while longer and then taking it out.
I left it alone, but it shrunk and sat down inside.
Why is this like this?
The recipe is so ordinary, it's just regular milk bread.
But the only difference from before is that the bread flour and all-purpose flour are mixed half and half.
