1)[Part 2] Dinner, a visit after 5 weeks. It was the most exciting Children's Day ever. The food, drinks, and conversation were all so good.
2)[Kazenomori Mizuhana] is aged liquor made using ancient techniques.
Light texture with deep notes of honey, cinnamon, and ginger, matching its color.
[Fortified Wine] feel; pairs well with sweet sauces.
3)The savory flavor of the crab's innards has become even richer.
4)[Fried Abalone] is something you never get tired of, no matter how much you eat.
Warm flesh and a soft truffle aroma.
The luxurious sauce is the best.
5) [Botan Ebi] is getting tastier and tastier, too.

With a refreshing shiso aroma when you chew
The insane taste of incredibly chewy squid flesh
8) The [Northern Clam] is also super juicy and sweet, especially since it's been a while.

The rich, savory fat that pours out like [milk] needs plenty of soy sauce and wasabi to be balanced.

At this point, I ordered wine to drink with the sake.
13) [Dardu Ladoux] has refreshing citrus and corn aromas.
It has sharp, Burgundian acidity, quite a body like Aubert, and buttery nuances, so it was really delicious.

The service is excellent, so it seems the taste is doubled.
I saw that it was filled with congratulatory wreaths for the 10th anniversary, which makes me think they must have given their customers great satisfaction.
