
(1) I slightly modified Working YH 's recipe and made [Cheung Fun]. (+ Pork + Rice paper + Five-spice powder)

(2) [Cheung Fun] means a rice powder dish shaped like [intestines]. (A type of [dim sum])
I've also never tried this before until now.

( 3) Vegetables: minced [ginger] + minced [garlic] + [chives]

(4) After adding the vegetables to the finely chopped pork, I stir-fried it over high heat.

( 5) After adding [soy sauce] and [Five-spice powder], I stir-fried it over even higher heat.


( 6) I mixed the cooked meat with [chives].



( 7) I wrapped this tightly in two overlapping sheets of [rice paper] and lightly [blanched] it just until the water came to a boil.

( 8) [Dark soy sauce] + [sugar] + [water] + [sesame oil] + [chicken stock]
I made the sauce using the ingredients above.



(9) Place this dish in a bowl and pour the [sauce] over it to finish.


( 10) Even though this dish has simple ingredients and a simple process, it's really delicious.
I definitely recommend trying to make and eat it.


(11) This food was really bouncy, chewy, and full of flavor.

(12) This food gets darker in color as time passes.

(13) Even if you scoop up plenty of the sauce, it's not too salty.

(14) It was so delicious that I ate it all.
