
(1) Duck Breast

(2) Gochujang + soy sauce + oyster sauce + vinegar + red pepper powder + corn syrup + sugar + minced garlic + whole perilla seeds.
I made a [seasoning sauce] with the ingredients above.


( 3) Duck breast: I scored the surface and grilled it until crispy.
After that, I let it rest for about 5 minutes.

( 4) After that, I brushed the [seasoning sauce] onto the [meat] several times while grilling, building up layers so the flavor could soak in.
I also [sautéed] sliced [garlic] in the [duck fat].



( 5) I added the [seasoning sauce] to the [duck fat] and stir-fried it.
Then I added the [pasta], some [pasta water], [cheese], and [perilla leaves].





(6) The dish was completed.

(7) Meat: The resting was done well, so the cross-section looks great.

(8) I mixed everything together before eating, and it really tasted like a combination of [Orijumulleok] and [pasta].



( 9) Duck meat: It was incredibly delicious, almost like a work of art.
Especially when I bit into the [duck skin], I could simultaneously taste the concentrated [gochujang] seasoning's [umami] and [rich flavor].

(10) I ate this dish together with [perilla leaves].
