[Goheungwan] About 7 Vietnamese staff members work there. There are some reviews from Koreans, but in the three times I visited, there was only one table of Korean customers.

[Goun Gomtang] It seems like the best flavor for beginners.

All three places are located in Daegu, but there really aren't any other places to talk about Daegu noodle culture besides these. It seems there are quite a few Daegu gallery members here, too.

I used to be someone who only liked rice and had no connection to noodles. However, about three months ago, I decided to try eating [Ramen] again, which I used to enjoy. As I gave it a try, I started to develop some interest in other types of noodles as well.

Actually, before that, I had tried it a few times during trips to Japan, but the difference felt so stark when I ate it in Daegu that I was so disappointed. I only ate it when I had business in Seoul, but recently I started eating it again. Of course, Daegu still only has a small number of establishments by my standards [Lomang Ramen, Ratsu Ramen, Ramen Daiski Boys], but I've found some places that I think are decent. So, I'm enjoying them with gratitude, feeling satisfied with the current situation.
