Bay leaves + whole black peppercorns + Miwon + doenjang
Using the above [ingredients], I reduced unwanted odors while adding extra [umami].
( 2) I boiled this dish for about 60 minutes.
( 3) Onion + green onion: I boiled these together as well.
( 4) I sliced this [meat] into thick pieces.
( 5) I ate this [meat] with rice.
It was very delicious.
( 6) [Kalguksu]
I made this dish slightly spicy and refreshing.
[Broth]:
Dried poacher fish base + kelp + radish + tuna extract + mirim + soy sauce + minced garlic + black pepper + red pepper powder
I made the [broth] using the above [ingredients].
[Vegetables]:
Shiitake mushrooms + oyster mushrooms + napa cabbage + green onion
After that, I also added [meat].
( 7) Stir-Fried Beef
Dark soy sauce + black pepper + seasoned salt
I seasoned the [meat] with the above [ingredients], then stir-fried it with plenty of [oil].
After that, I added [green onion] and [ginger] to make [flavored oil].
( 8) Onion + shiitake mushrooms + garlic
I stir-fried them with the above [ingredients].
( 9) paprika + [meat] + oyster sauce + soy sauce + sugar
After adding the above [ingredients], I added [bok choy] near the end of cooking. Then I finished the dish with a drizzle of [sesame oil].
