
1) I made tomato pasta.

2) [Amatriciana] is a pasta that represents Rome, along with [Carbonara].
Roman-style pasta usually uses [Guanciale], but since it is hard to find,
it is good to use [Pancetta] or [Bacon] if you have them. I use [Pancetta].

3) Salt the [Whole Tomato] and mash it well.

4) Slice the onion thinly.

5) [Pancetta] Stir-fry

6) Please set aside a few [Pancetta] to put on top.

7) Sauté the onions.


8) Rough-textured [Mancini Pasta]

9) Flambé only slightly


10) Add crushed tomatoes and Pecorino

11) Final olive oil maintenance




12) It was delicious.
