The abalone has the aroma and texture of steamed abalone smoked after steaming, so although the size is a bit disappointing,
it truly ranks among the best abalone of my life.

Honestly, I dislike Black King Tigers. They were just big; they lacked the natural sweetness of crustaceans and were basically just crustaceans in texture. However, eating them with the [Bisque Sauce] covered up that crustacean sweetness, so it was actually quite good.

It was very heavy as it was a Chinese dish served after the main course.
Perhaps because there is a master dim sum chef at the hotel in the same chain, the flavors of the Chinese food were very strong and heavy.

Clean value for money, but I recommend a white wine or Champagne based on the menu...
The price was 270,000 won for two people.
Considering the course was quite substantial, I thought the price wasn't bad.
