1) First of all, the room view is a room with a harmonious blend of Korean and Japanese styles.
2) The sunset view from the restaurant was so good.
3) Appetizer [Bokbunja Yurak]
=
[Bokbunja] Yogurt
4) Second [Abalone and Sprout Barley Risotto with Abalone Innards]
The abalone has the aroma and texture of steamed abalone smoked after steaming, so although the size is a bit disappointing,
it truly ranks among the best abalone of my life.
5) [Amuse-Bouche]
[Gwangeo Ceviche] with Cumin
[Yukhoe] Tartare
Bacon Cream Cheese Grilled Romaine
6) Black King Tiger Shrimp with Garlic Bread Flakes + Bread
Honestly, I dislike Black King Tigers. They were just big; they lacked the natural sweetness of crustaceans and were basically just crustaceans in texture. However, eating them with the [Bisque Sauce] covered up that crustacean sweetness, so it was actually quite good.
7) Main Course: Lamb chops and tenderloin steak. You can ask for more mint jelly.
8) Fish Dumplings flavored with [Gwangeo], [minced shrimp], [Gwangeo soy sauce broth], [shredded ginger], and [shredded green onions]
It was very heavy as it was a Chinese dish served after the main course.
Perhaps because there is a master dim sum chef at the hotel in the same chain, the flavors of the Chinese food were very strong and heavy.
9) This is dessert dim sum I had on another day at a restaurant in the same hotel chain.
10) Samgyetang with chicken thigh meat and raw chestnuts
I couldn't eat it all and left half of it.
11) Ganjanggejang Deulgireum Makguksu
12) Dessert
Gujwa Carrot Jelly, Injeolmi, Wild Peach, Red Bean Ice Cream
13) Wine paired with the meal
[Fantini Sangiovese]
Clean value for money, but I recommend a white wine or Champagne based on the menu...
The price was 270,000 won for two people.
Considering the course was quite substantial, I thought the price wasn't bad.
