I came to eat sous vide pork.

I ordered it like this

There was quite a lot of brisket. I didn't see the country of origin, but if it was seasoned, it must have been imported. The price was the same.

They cook everything carefully, but it's very difficult to take pictures of the lighting and composition here.

It's easy to eat because it's all cooked.

The meat was delicious and soft.

This is the soybean paste stew.

What can I say, stew?? Nabe?? Nagasaki Jjambbong Soup?? This feeling was strong

Personally, I think it was very delicious.

I thought I would go often if they just sold stew as a lunch special.

I couldn't try it because the door wasn't open.. I saw it being delivered for the first time today.

I was so surprised that I ordered it. People said it was delicious.

It was a store where you couldn't actually eat, but there was a reason why they were brave enough to sell it.

It was soft and delivered omelet rice and the quality was very good. Hambakdo is good too

Pizza bought by someone else is awesome...

Can you recommend a way to dispose of leftover pig's feet? I think it would be delicious in ramen too.
