Let the dough sit for 2 hours.
Punch down and leave for another hour.
After three hours, bake in the oven at 260 degrees.
It smells good.
Add cheese, green onions, pepper and salt.
Place back in the oven and bake for the final time.
The cheese will stretch out.
The top is delicious, too.
The bottom is also delicious.
