According to an iMBC Entertainment report on the 6th, G-Dragon (real name Kwon Ji-yong) is preparing to hold a fan meeting in February.

G-Dragon has focused his solo career on concerts and world tours. In 2013, he entered the global stage with his first solo world tour, "ONE OF A KIND." In 2017, he solidified his position as a solo artist with the massive "ACT III: MOTTE WORLD TOUR," which spanned Asia, North America, and Europe.

Recently, he embarked on the "G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Ubermensch]" to coincide with the release of his new full-length album, "Übermensch." The tour began in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, on March 29th and traveled to various cities across Asia, Oceania, North America, and Europe, concluding with an encore performance at Seoul's Gocheok Sky Dome in December.

Despite this, G-Dragon has yet to hold an official fan meeting under his own name. While he held fan meetings for his fan club during his time with Big Bang, his last official fan meeting under Big Bang's name was the 2016 fan club event "Fantastic Babies." While he did hold a brief meeting with fans after his military discharge in 2019, it was more of a short-lived fan event to mark his discharge than a formal fan meeting.

In this context, the February fan meeting is significant as it marks the first official fan meeting since his world tour and concert-focused promotions. It also aligns with the recent trend in the K-pop industry, where fans often conclude a chapter of their careers with fan meetings immediately following a world tour or large-scale concert.
