I woke up at dawn and went to the Sky Park in Seoul.
These days, comets are following the sun closely, so they are only visible for 10-20 minutes before sunrise. The sunrise is at 6:30 and the comet rises around 5:30, so it has to rise a little bit to be visible, so it is visible between 5:40 and 6:00.
In order to capture it in one frame with Namsan Tower, they only allow about 10 minutes. So there had to be no low clouds.
