Yesterday, I went to Seoraksan Mountain on the Biseondae -> Cheonbuldong -> Daecheong -> Socheong -> Baekdamsan course.
It is a course that requires hiking approximately 24km to 26km, and because it is very long, it requires a lot of physical strength. (It is the longest among the official courses of Mt. Seorak, and if you include the course created by mountaineers, it is second only to the Seorak Grand Course).
I took an express bus to Sokcho at 11pm, arrived at Sokcho at 2pm, had a meal with the hikers, then took a taxi and headed to the small park.
I went to the Huiungak shelter at 6 o'clock, took a nap until it stopped snowing, reached the summit around 9 o'clock, and came down to Baekdamsa Temple around 4 o'clock.
Originally, the weather forecast was good, so I had high expectations, but suddenly the temperature dropped to -10 degrees, it continued to snow, and the wind blew so hard that I had a hard time. (My body was lifted from Socheongbong and floated about 10cm lol)
They were people who delivered goods to the temple, and they went all the way to Bongjeongam with that heavy stuff. They were foreign workers, and they looked very pitiful.
The camera is Suomaktu 24105, and there are times when the AF is set to the wrong place, but it was good that it never failed even in that environment. When using Fuji or Sony, it often stutters when it goes below freezing...
There are no maple leaves on Mt. Seorak except near the valley, and they are ruined due to snowfall haha.
If you really want to go to Mt. Seorak, go near Heullimgol Jujeongol...
I took a lot of pictures, but probably because the weather was bad, a lot of them were ruined, so I'll post them after I edit them further.
