[Namhansanseong Fortress] Inhwagwan visited on February 26, 2025
The guest house inside Namhansanseong was built in 1624 during the reign of King Injo, but was later destroyed by the Japanese along with the temporary palace or submerged by a flood, and was restored along with the [temporary palace] in 2014.
It was composed of [Seoik-hyeon], [Jeongcheong], and [Dongik-hyeon], and was said to have a high hierarchy because it was located together with the [temporary palace], but the size of the guest house was not that large, perhaps because it was located inside a mountain fortress.
[Inhwagwan Hanging Board]
Personally, this is my favorite part of the guest house.
Entrance [Sammun] seen from the guest house
Looking from the [Haenggung] and [Guesthouse] direction, you could clearly see that this was a military stronghold surrounded by mountains.
