This is what happens when you add lighting, all the way to the bottom.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on the 17th that it will install LED lighting that can produce various lights on the Shinhaengju Bridge, which connects Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, and the Gangseo region of Seoul. Construction is expected to begin next month, and the new night view will be available as early as the end of 2024.
The girders (large beams) that connect the two main towers and pillars will be painted in Seoul's representative colors, such as flower light ocher, Seoul sky blue, dancheong red, and Han River silver white. Lighting changes depending on the season and time of day.
The city of Seoul plans to avoid excessive flashy and excessive light so that the scenery of the New Haengju Bridge and the surrounding Haengju Mountain Fortress, Gaehwasan Mountain, and Gangseo Hangang Park can blend in.
